[Antennas] Base for Comet HP32?

If your van has the usual roof rack, there has been a few articles about 
mounting various antennas thereon and such are easily "laid down" so that 
you can drive into your carport or the car park in highrizes.

Yes, I had better performance with my magmount in the centre of the roof 
than any side mount.  Just think of the pattern of radiation.
