[Antennas] gap titan height agl

hi folks  i just purchased a gap titan dx from a friend...  he has it about
10 feet above ground (to the counterpoise)  i realize that they were
designed to work at low elevation..  however how much will it improve if i
can get it higher or is that not a consideration  in its design...  thanks
in advance to the helpful answers..  to the "man... you must be stupid to
ask a question like that" types.. please volunteer for the next government
