Hello all..
Check the bottom of this page for butterfly
construction.

Also, recent Antenna Handbook has simple
construction of HV capacitor. Basically,
a fixed piece of pc board glued to the
underside of a picture frame glass. Another
piece of pc board glides over the glass controlled
by motor.
