[Antennas] Matching Network Calculator ?

A while back someone posted either a pointer to a web site or perhaps it 
was a downloadable program that calculated matching networks.  What was 
really unique about this program is that the GUI on this thing looked like 
the front of your standard antenna tuner and in addition to displaying the 
values of L/C it had a manual and automatic mode and also calculated the 
relative efficiency or loss in the tuner/matcher

I thought I had downloaded or saved to pointer but  I can't seem to find it 
, Any help appreciated
