hi folks long story short.. need the name of a cut throat collection agency or attorney in d.c. a non ham sent me junk described as "mint" sent it back no refund.. been a year.. i realize i'm not getting my money back.. i want him to have $300 worth of collection aggravation.. 73 paul w8jn
