[Antennas] (no subject)

I have a question for all you guys.....
I am in the process of moving to Florida from Kentucky. On I-75, there is a 
weigh station in Georiga, just before you enter Florida (both north and south 
bound). There is a very strange looking antenna (?) in both spots. It is on 
it's own aluminun support pole, about 10-15' higher than the multitude of 
overhead lights. If you are familiar with a "Traffie Hex Beam", it looks like 
that. Only thing is it's upside down, and it has more supports and a lot more 
wire. It is NOT a light. It looks like an umbrella that had the fabric 
removed. I would estimate it's diameter at 6 to 8'.
Amybody else seen one?
I will take a pictue of it next trip.....sure got my curiosity up.
