[Antennas] HF Discone

My 1988 ARRL Antenna HdBk pg 9-7 et seq has some info on Discone 
Antenna.  I remember that article when looking at cone antennas.  But 
cannot find it now.

There is a skeleton discone which just has the horizontal and 2 sloping wires.
