Nah, just snap em off with a socket and 1/2" rachet bar.   Drive out of
their holes with a 1/4" pin punch. The little ones break much easier than
the 1/2" 316 Stainless bolts and nuts!       For them, use a 3/4" rachet 
or breakover bar, or pnuematic torque driver like the tire shops use.  
Advise wearing gloves and safety glasses for any of above.
