[Antennas] Ameritron antenna switch RCS-8v

I have subject switch box fixed on a wall outside of my shack.  I feed it 
through an Ameritron ATR-30 tuner.  I have 5 antennas connected to the switch 
 and up until recently it worked pretty good.  Now when I switch to various 
antennas it seems to have leakage between the 5 antennas.  Before I start to 
trouble shoot this system maybe some one of you could point me in the right 
direction.  I plan to start by checking the feed line coax for continuity on 
the shield and center conductor.

I have a sort of dumb question.  It states in the manual "to automatically 
ground the unselected port a short jumper must be installed as shown in 
figure 2".  Does this mean I can still switch between each of my five 
antennas and use the selected one as I switch between them?

It seems the tuner positions have changed for each of the five antennas 
(maybe the feed line has lost shield continuity??)

Further the manual states the unit has been shipped with the ports isolated.
