[Antennas] antenna overhanging neighbors property

I think that that can be deemed aero tresspass and is considered 
illegal.  He has the right to remove what hangs over his property line.  If 
you have a fruit tree with branches overhanging, the person may own the 
fruit.  Or he may prune the branches.  It depends upon the jurisdictions.
