[Antennas] MultiNEC, 4nec2 and decimal seperators..

Hi,

has someone also faced some problems creating .NEC files with MultiNec 
for 4nec2/NEC and got weird results because there is a comma as decimal 
seperator instead of a point ??
Especially non-english user should have similar problems..

Since this is a country specific item of Excel/Win it is rather 
difficult to change..
All the work has to be redone to satisfy the NEC-2 engine
