[Antennas] Fold Over Pole

Once upon a time I had some plans for a good reliable fold over antenna
pole. I want to put up a small set of VHF/UHF beams and a CD44 rotator at
40 foot or so. I have access to free pipe and a gentleman who welds for a
living. I can't find my plans and I suppose I could have on of the
mechanical engineers up at work cobble something up, but I seem to remember
the plans had worked out most of the kinks especially for the base and pivot
point construction and counter weights.
I am mobility limited so the fold over looks very good since I won't have to
climb a tower.
Any suggestions - a google search came up empty as did rummaging through my
30 year compilation of ARRL and other reference books. However I did very
much enjoy the smell of the old books (lots of boatanchor manuals are there
too) so just the planning part was worth while :)
