[Antennas] Flagpole Antenna

Greetings to the group.
Hello,
I have about 30 feet of aluminum tube in 2, 15 foot sections, one slips
inside the other, and I am thinking about building a flagpole antenna
for either 40 or 20 meters. Does anyone out there have any design
suggestions or plans? The other option is a phased array. Would
appreciate any input or suggestions.
