Actually,  these are two books,  not just articles.  Reflection 1 is
out of print.  Reflections 2,  is available from both the ARRL's
book store or Worldradio.  Anyone may make purchases from
the ARRL.  

Reflections 2 is in 8 1/2 x 11 inch,  softcover format.  Cover
price is US $ 19.95.   Might be available from some book
source in your country also.
