[Antennas] 1960 Antenna Book (9th ed.) Article needed

I have been informed that there is a detailed discussion with
mathematical formulas, etc. on the design of link coupled tuners in this
edition of the Antenna Book.  If someone has a copy, I would be most
appreciative if you could make a copy of this section for me.  I will be
happy to reimburse you for copying and mail expenses.  Another option
would be to sent to me, and I'll make the copy.  I have tried to locate
a copy in the university library but without success.
