What difference between a "transmission line" and a "feedline" prompts you
to ask this question? Both terms are commonly used to denote the manner of
feeding power from the transmitter to the antenna.

Afraid I have missed your point . . .

I have several wire antennas fed with 450 ohm ladderline. I recommend the
Extended Double Zepp - 1.25 wavelengths long at the design frequency. Use
only as much ladderline s it takes to run from the antenna to the tuner.
