I can add to this that I used 300 ohm heavy duty twin lead to feed my 80
meter dipole and when it rained here in the Seattle area, the tuning on the
antenna would change drastically. Once I switched to windowed ladder line,
things are stable as you could want. 73

The RS 300 ohm TV twinlead is not rated for QRO/Amplifier power. It is
probably good for 300 watts or less.
450 ladder line is rated for 2KW.
