[Antennas] Using networks with NEC{-WinPlus+}

I'm using the evaulation version of NEC-WinPlus+.

I've tried adding a network to an existing design.  Following the example in
the Help pages,
I added an inductor between unconnected segments of two wires in an antenna,
specifying
y11 as (0, 1/z), y21 as (0, 0) and y22 as (1e10, 1e10).  Regardless of the
values that I
specify I see no difference in the current distribution plot or the
impedance values.  This
doesn't make sense - what am I doing wrong?

I've tried several permutations of the numbers in the network dialog but
with no change to
either current distribution or impedance.

Looking at the deck input to NEC I see an NT card with the parameters that
were given
in the dialog, so the network *is* being passed correctly to NEC.
