[Antennas] Antenna mounting on Subaru Outback

I would like to mount a 2m/440 antenna permanently on the roof of a
Subaru Outback using a Larsen NMO mount. I can gain access to
the roof from underneath by removing the dome light, but there's a
roof rib right across that location. It looks like I can still drill the
required 3/4" hole and install the mount, but I would like to know if
there are any unseen pitfalls here. I'm also unsure of how to remove
the trim panels so that I can run the coax cable behind them to the
trunk area of the car. (My rig will have a detachable front panel.) I
would like to make a neat installation without damaging the interior
of the car.

Anyone own an Outback and been through this before?

Thanks and 73,
Dave
