this should be easy
make a short piece of ladder line out of two pieces of coax
ground the shields toghther and run it through the window connect the 
ladderline on the out side and bingo you are through the window  the 
small impeadence lump you will get wont bother at all          try to 
keep your ladderline at least 1/2 wave on the lowest freq you will use 
that will keep the current point outside
