[Antennas] How to roll up additional balanced line?

It is a little more than 30ft from cetre of the antenna to the house.  Then 
I go down stairs (where the shack used to be0 then up through the floor to 
the shack.  That leaves at least 50ft.  It is a Spi-Ro loaded dipole, about 
20m long with 100ft of 450o window line.  The manufacturer said not to cut 
the line but roll in a large, min dia 6ft loop.  So I have.  Works great on 
75,80, 10, lower40,20. But not US 40m phone.
