I don't believe that there is one *perfect* modeling program. As I said 
before I use both EZNEC pro and Win-Plus+ plus I might add that I have also 
added Antenna Model to the list. As far as accuracy is concerned both EZNEC 
and NEC Win-Plus+ results are about the same varying only about 0.01 dB or 
so. Antenna Model which is MININEC based is also very good for many 
applications especially when using tapered elements plus it also allows the 
use of formulas.

You can download demo versions of both EZNEC and NEC Win-Plus+ and you can 
make you own call. I like them both.
