tom you are correct.. however companies can get away with terrible
business practices until the market becomes competitive... then the bad
ones fall by the wayside... kmart survived for years as did sears with its
high prices and terrible customer support.. we all see the results with
kmart, and sears had to restructure 8 years ago or also fade away...when the
antenna market gets as competitive as the radio market companies who spit on
their loyal clients will die faster than 5 pound bass on the desert floor
