this is in response to rons note about actual parts costs...  we all realize
the cost of doing business, and folks dont expect to receive things free !
however there never is any excuse for being treated badly, or having to deal
with "stupid people" when you need tech support.  reading product reviews in
"eham" about the cushcraft r7000, leads  anyone to believe that cushcraft
"screwed up"..  ALL COMPANIES make mistakes...  the ones who take good care
of their customer base AFTER the screw up survive and keep  A LOYAL customer
base.  the ones who dont go out of business, and thats good!!!  paul w8jn
