[Antennas] RE: De-Icing Open Wire

To all on the list:  I had a "Senior Moment" when I said Doublet..Wilson had a
75 meter folded dipole fed with 600 Ohm open line with 6 inch spacing.  He 
indeed
used to de-ice it with a filament transformer.  Remember this was in the days
when 75 meters was Class "A" and W2OY used to call CQ 75, "No space cadets"
