[Antennas] Kite as vertical

At Cy9AA in 1997, LowBand Master VE1PZ (with help from  myself and K7BV)
erected a balloon vertical which more or less was @ 45degrees (because of a
constant stiff breeze on St. Paul Island) leaning out over the Atlantic
ocean. We strung out a number of
1/4WL radials. (I just forget how many) and this was the best (bar none)
160m antenna I have even used. We were honestly
working Europe before sundown in the middle of the summer on SPI.

It sure ain't no kite, but it flies !
