   Sure, build it with four, 500,00 Volt supplies is series each with
a 50 watt capacity, each insulated for 2,000,000 Volts. You can use
HV isolation transformers in the primary circuits, two more in cascade
may be required, a type known as `Austin ring' (or something like that)
might work, these are seen at the base of some radio station towers
they look like two one or two foot rings intertwined at 90 degrees.

   I found no commercial transformers or any wire with anything near
this kind of Voltage rating, on the Inet just now.
   This power supply will be unique and very custom.
