[Antennas] Petlowany

Just curious ...
Has anyone actually built and tried one of the Petlowany antennas and how
well does it perform?
It seems an awful lot of trouble by comparison to a good ol' fashioned
dipole.

I personally have never seen anything about it posted on here, but I am a
relatively young fella and there is a lot I haven't seen ...
