I have not seen too many circular slide rulers but I liked mine the best of 
all.  Never did learn how to use them fancy big uns.  I bought a 6' metal 
one at a garage sale for 75cents.  So I donot know for what e-Bay would 
sell them.  Why donot  you watch on e-Bay for others then tell the rest of us?
