[Antennas] Rs twin lead

Hi Gents,

While in the local RS store I saw what looked like 100 percent shield twin lead.

Has anyone used this type?

I also looked more like coax because it was almost round and not the regular flat twin lead.

Can this be used on a simple dipole?

Will I need a 4-1 balun with it?

Suggestions?
