The chart is on page 22-13 of the ARRL Antenna Book in the 17th Edition.
Just look under the chapter on antenna supports.
The way I read the chart, anything less than 14 feet will work for all
frequencies below 28 mHz, including WARC bands. There appears to be a very
small window at twice that length, 28 feet, that could work for you. The
text of the section regarding 'Resonance in Guy Wires" seems to bear this
out.
In my applications I do not worry about the WARC bands, and I use 58 feet.
This is the longest length that is not resonant for the main 6 HF bands. 24
mHz is the only one that could be affected by the 58 foot length. It works
veryw ell for me.
