A long time friend of mine sent me info on this product ... what a neat
thing!  Below, I copy/paste his info ...

Don't know if you have ever used any Stabilant. It has had several articles
written about it in QST and Mobile Radio Technology. Supposedly it will
maintain a good contact between any electrical contact such as plugs, dip
chips etc. They are located in Canada and usually only sell wholesale.
However, according to one article there is someone in the company that has a
soft place for amateurs and will sell in small quantities to them. I have
found out that it can be purchased in the local NAPA store under the part
name of CE1. This is a 15 ml container. Fifteen mills about 900 drops.
However be forewarned, it sells for $50. This product is the same as
Stabilant 22A.

FYI .. Rich is WB6MYF, has done MUCH for the repeater systems here in Far
Northern California throughout the years.   I met Rich when I was teaching
ham radio at College of the Redwoods, in the early 70s .. have always held
him in the HIGHEST esteem, and admired his abilities .. he was a partner of
mine in HAMCO, when we developed the HAMCO keys .. he being the driving
force as ENGINEER ...product now known as Vibroplex Brass Racer, EK-1,
etc........ just FYI, gang.
