I have used a 300 foot doublet fed with commercial slotted 450 line.

Very nice on 160, 80/75 and 40, gain everywhere else.  You'd
have to run one of the calculator programs to figure the numbers.
height also makes a big difference below 20m.

You might also look into end-fed very long wire antennas.  There
was an article about one someone in Hawaii (I think) that came
out a number of years ago.  400+ feet I think and he calculated
some serious gain on 20, 15 & 10.
