[AMRadio] Shellby NC Hamfest

[CL in NC]

Attached is a link to the fest. It has dwindled down over the last decade and is just a shell of what it used to be. The Shelby, NC event coordinator really messed up a few years back when Shelby moved to Dallas, NC, but was lured back. There have been no big name vendors like HRO, or DX Engineering or even big regional vendors, of which several are SK now. There were a lot of Ebay prices, that one clean shot of that HP23 with a blue manual, the guy wanted $225 for it. He told me it cost a lot to rebuilt those, and knowing exactly how much it really costs if you don't stuff it full of Harbach parts, I thought he was obscenely overpriced.
