Agree Mike,

I am interested because I have an MFJ-998RT and like the tuner. Last
spring, after the announcement, I had a hail storm that made a pinhole
in the cover, allowing some water to seep in.  I decided to order a new
cover earlier in the spring, and made several attempt to contact someone
there, without success.  I managed to find the two pinholes and seal
them with JB Weld, so am all right for now.

Their website is still active, so someone is there clearing the
purchases and sending out the parts or equipment they had remaining.  I
let the idea drop due to personal, family, matters but it crossed my
mind this morning and though I would ask.  The tuner has really
performed well for me and I would hate to see damage, either electrical
or physical, that could not be repaired.

I, rarely, read QRZ and did not think to look over there. Thanks for the
information guys,

Jim/ W5JO

Yet there continues to be advertisements for their equipment. Personally, I don't think I would purchase any 'high-ticket' items knowing there was nobody to stand behind the warranty or obtain parts. No word if any other negotiations are taking place for a buyer.
