Jim,

I've been a mostly silent member here for many years and I've always appreciated your fair and even hand at moderating the list and  you've helped me out a few times in the past. I think you deserve a well earned rest. You'll be missed.

And Scott,

 I second your taking over, I would hate to see any of these lists go dark.
