I have a friend that has a BC348L, no dynamotor but the homebrew AC supply, and an RCQ recieiver.  The RCQ resembles an HRO but it has the cast aluminum honeycomb coil box that moves by the geared band switch  knob, and covers 200KC to 30Mc, has no cabinet.  Think someone said the RCQ is similar to the NC100. Both were working fine a while back.  If interested, please contact me and I will forward your email address to him.
