To answer Jim's question, I tried to send a very small attached picture
and a text embedded small picture through the reflector.

This was the returned answer so nothing has changed; reflector is only
text-based:
"After content filtering, the message was empty"

This reflector has long been only text based. No attachments, no imbedded
pictures, etc.
But, this e-mail is a test.
