I haven't posted here for at least a few years and will of course go with whatever Jim wants to do. I've always liked this group though and do read the posts when they come through and would miss it, I haven't been able to login to the associated AMfone site for some reason or other, it's been so long I forgot why so it's nice at least being able to connect with this group. Actually I just tried to re-register at AMfone and it says it does not accept hotmail so I tried a different email address, maybe that's the problem?

I do have a Facebook account for a course I recently took but otherwise don't use it either and will probably delete it at some point, I'm not crazy about it either and never have been.

One of the reasons I haven't connect with this group for a while is that my wife and I moved to Lima, Peru, (she was born here) and live in a 20 story building and I am not able to get an antenna up on the roof, (very odd topography) and the buildings are all made of concrete out here, so I get nothing in the apartment except for strong local AM BCB stations. We're supposed to move within the year though and that will be a prime consideration for me. Oh yeah, all my Boat anchors are back in Mass in a storage space, I do have a Drake R8 out here but no transmitter, don't think I'll be dragging the DX-100 out here on a plane anytime soon.🤣
