I have a DX Engineering DX-MM-1 mobile antenna matching unit.  It will match 
low (12.5 ohms) and mid (25 ohms) impedance to your mobile antenna.  Will 
handle up to 500 watts on 160 through 10 meters.  Check the DX Engineering 
website for more information.
This is NIB and never used.  $100 plus shipping and it is yours.  Shipping 
won't be a lot via US mail.

I also have an Electric Radio Antenna Tuning Meter.  If you have never seen 
one, hook your transmitter to it, your dummy load and  your manual tuner 
which goes to your antenna.  Apply low power and it will allow you to tune 
your tuner, even on frequency with 10 watts in and just milliwatts out.  It 
will handle up to 100 watts, but it is not necessary.  You leave it in line 
then move the switch to operate.
Nice little unit for $45 plus shipping.
