[AMRadio] Barker & Williamson 5100 / Hammarlund SP-600 pair For Sale

Gents,

Well taken-care of B&W 5100 / SP-600 pair for sale.  Downsizing the shack
and it is time for these two to find new homes.

B&W 5100 (Not the later 'B' model) puts out a full* 100W carrier* on AM,
and works excellent both in AM and CW transmit modes.  Pair of 6146s
modulated by another pair of 6146s. I'd say the cosmetic condition is 7/10.
This thing is heavy, but is like having a '54 Chevy on your desk, complete
with the character that goes with it.  Fine sounding audio quality.

5100 has its original transmit-receive switch to interface with the SP-600
or a receiver of your choice, as well as the manual.

SP-600 is a JX-26 rack mount receiver. Works well and unmolested.  Comes
with my home-brew audio transformer to use modern speakers / headphones etc.

I would prefer not to separate the pair. Shipping is not an option due to
their weight, but I will drive them / deliver them (for the cost of gas)
within a 2-hour drive from Pensacola, FL, or meet you halfway if you're
beyond that range.

I have owned this pair for about 10 years, and am sad to see them go, but
happy to see them in a new home that'll put them to work.

Both the 5100 and the SP-600 can be seen on my QRZ page, about half way
down.

Asking $450.00 for the pair, not including the gas to deliver them.
