[AMRadio] Elmac no mod

The switch in the back has been bypassed.  There is 300 volts P to P voice audio on the secondary of the modulation xfmr with a crystal mic on the input.  The TX loads properly to 40 watts out in CW or AM.  It is stone stock except for the Hammond modulator interstage xfmr and a zener for bias creation instead of a battery, and it was working 100% perfectly until a week ago when during the net, his mod went away.  Everything says it should be working, thus the screwiest problem ever moniker
