Hi Don -

John/W3JN takes care of new member registration and had to restrict auto
signup for folks using free email services as outlined here:

However, if you read down to the third posting, he mentions that he can set
up an account for folks who have no other email - simply contact him at the
address listed in the post.

Occasionally I have filled in for John when he is traveling, to keep up
with the new memberships. The amount of spammers trying to sign up is
ridiculous, some days there are 4-5 pages in the queue.

I won't go into the fun involved when you have selected all of the
addresses to DELETE and hit the APPROVE button by mistake.....
