[AMRadio] Another question, this time Desk KW

OK, have a friend with the Desktop Kilowatt rig, driven by a Ranger, and it was working great.  I have never worked on one of these, and told him I would ponder the problem before coming over, by checking the schematics.  According to him, the only issue is now, when he turns on the filament power, the B+ comes up also, without keying it.  Before I download a schematic and bring out the Ouija Board, is anyone familiar with this problem and knows exactly what is wrong?  Do I need to get more specific info on this turn on problem?
