I am sending this along so you can file comments about the proposal. Many
of you may find about it second hand and I want you to know early in the
process.

Personally I find it ludicrous they would make this proposal since the
Amateur community can not ask for or receive commercial traffic for which
they charge. If they plan to do this they should change the license to a
lifetime so it would not require repeated funds to renew.

Commercial interests are a different story and should pay, but volunteers,
like amateurs, should be exempt.

Anger switch off.
