So where is the test site? If there is a designated location for the test site,
what is the difference between that and the way VEs have been giving the
tests all along?  If the examinee is doing the test virtually at home, how can
the VE monitor the test with remote controlled cameras?  The whole thing
doesn't make any sense to me.
