Typically, most of the AM operation starts at 29.0 MHz on up to roughly
29.2 MHz. 
But until the Sporadie E gets intense enough and/or the quantity of AM
operators increases, most of the activity will be around 29 MHz. Of
course, multiple QSO's on 29 MHz will cause ear spliting QRM. The big
interest on 10 meters these days seems to be FT8. No need to talk; make a
digital contact; just watch the monitor; say wow.
