Just a note about this--in my case I finally got around to getting my
FRN and password and logging into the FCC ULS to review my information
on file.  I did indeed have an email address, but it was one from
around 20 years ago.  It was a good thing I checked, because the
presence of an email address would have meant that I would not have
been contacted to provide one (if they do that someday) but any
emailed notices would have gone to la la land where the defunct ISPs
live, bouncing back to FCC and I would have never known about it.

So it's a good idea to check to see what they have on file since 10
years between renewals means a lot can change.
