[AMRadio] ARLB020 ARRL Renews Request for FCC to Replace Symbol Rate with Bandwidth Limit

"Appear to apply" - yeah right !!   This has happened before and the ARRL,
if my memory serves me correctly, finally was forced to admit that it 
applied
to *ALL* modes.   We have another case here of the camel sticking his head
under the tent's edge.   Frankly I simply don't trust ARRL knowing their
negative attitude toward AM.
