[AMRadio] Any deep pockets out there?

Unfortunately, finding 211s at sane prices is just about impossible
these days. It comes down to wandering flea markets hoping to get
lucky. For example, a few years ago I was at a hamfest where some
guy had cardboard box trays of tubes loose laying on tables, and one
tray (I think they were for holding cases of soda pop cans originally)
had a bunch of octal tubes and a 211 laying on top of them. I gave
him $5 for the whole tray just to get the 211. That's an example of
about the only way to find them now for a ham price. Occasionally a
ham will sell some to another ham provided the ham has a need for them
and isn't an eBay flipper. Is the BC191 the rig that uses a single
211 modulated by a pair?
